2. Virtual Card Delivery Methods

Email Delivery: After you complete the payment and confirm your order, we will send the virtual card information to the email address provided during account registration. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and check your spam folder in case the email is misdirected.

View in My Orders Page: In addition to email, you can also log into your account and view and manage your virtual card information on the "My Orders" page. We recommend that you regularly check this page for the latest order status and virtual card details.

3. Delivery Time

Typically, the virtual card information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours after order confirmation.

In some special cases (such as system maintenance, holidays, etc.), the delivery time may be extended. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
