1. How to recharge?
On a computer: Select the product, click on [Go to Recharge Now] → Choose the quantity to purchase → Fill in the recharge account number → After confirming that everything is correct, submit the order and complete the payment.
On a mobile device: Select the product, click on [Buy Now] → Choose the quantity to purchase → Fill in the recharge account number → After confirming that everything is correct, submit the order and complete the payment. Once the user places an order and successfully pays, the system will automatically recharge the corresponding amount to the account number provided by the customer.
2. How to choose the quantity for purchase?
When ordering a certain denomination of the product, the quantity purchased can be more than 1. The total recharge amount = product denomination * quantity purchased.
3. What to fill in for Y Coin recharge, recharge account/game account?
For Y Coin recharge, you can enter either a YY Pass or YY number. It's an automatic recharge, so please double-check the account; once incorrect, it cannot be changed. Currently, the system also supports recharging by entering the login phone number. Note: It supports recharging with the login phone number, not the security phone number, as some security phone numbers are not the login phone numbers.
Important Notes:
1. What if I enter the wrong recharge account?
If the user enters a valid account, because the system recharges automatically, the transaction is completed and the amount is recharged to the target account entered by the user, and no refund can be made.
If the user enters an invalid account, the recharge will fail, and the system will refund the user subsequently. The user can then confirm the correct account and place a new order.
2. How long does it take to receive the recharge after a successful payment?
Under normal circumstances, the recharge should arrive within 5 minutes. If it has not arrived after more than 20 minutes, please contact our Wangwang customer service, and we will promptly check and resolve the issue for you.
3. Where can I check the status of my recharge?
Y Coins: You can check your Y Coin balance at the YY Recharge Center, Duowan Recharge Platform pay.duowan.com, or through the mobile YY app.
4. What to do if the recharge hasn't arrived after a long time?
First, please check whether the recharge account number you entered when placing the order is correct. If the account number is correct and the recharge has not arrived after more than 20 minutes, please contact our customer service, and we will promptly check and resolve the issue for you.
